Cancellation & Refund Policy

01 Subscription period
The 19 SAR “Investigator” plan gives you 30 days from the payment date, paid through the licensed Paylink gateway. There is no automatic renewal, and we don't store your full card details.
02 Renewal
We remind you before your subscription ends, and you renew yourself with a new payment from the “My account” page. Renewing early adds the new days on top of your remaining days.
03 Cancellation
There is nothing to cancel: if you don't renew, the subscription simply ends on time and your plan returns to free, with no fees.
04 Refunds
You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you haven't used any of the plan's checks, by emailing support@allsitey.com from your account's email address. The amount is returned to the same payment method. Once used, the current period is not refundable.
05 Charged by mistake
If you were charged for something you didn't request, or charged twice, email support@allsitey.com and we will refund it in full.
06 Payment methods
mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, through the Paylink gateway. The price shown is the final amount you pay.
