- What to do
- Gift cards are for gifts and stores, not for paying bills, fees or debts. Top up your games only from the game's official store or your phone's app store.
If you already paid or shared a code
- Call your bank right away and ask them to block the card or stop the transaction.
- Change your passwords from a safe device, and remove any unknown device linked to your accounts.
- Report it through the Kollona Amn (كلنا أمن) app.
- Don't pay anyone who promises to recover your money for a fee: that's a second scam.
